Excellent location near shops and markets, plus easy walking distance to main square. Helpful and friendly staff who provided a late check-in. Generous breakfast with changing options. Beautiful rooftop view for sunset. Reliable wifi on ground floor.

We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina and within walking distance of all the major shopping markets. It is tucked away in a small pedestrian street, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a Moroccan style boutique rooms, providing enhanced comfort and a true taste of Moroccan culture. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We were greeted with warm mint tea and kind words upon arrival, and they were always there to assist us with anything we needed. From restaurant recommendations to organizing massages, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, providing a tranquil oasis in the bustling medina. We couldn't recommend this place enough, and are already planning our next trip!
There is no car access to the hotel, making it less suitable for families with young children. However, the hotel does offer a range of services such as room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, ensuring convenience and ease for their guests.
